2、ompanyestablishedaccordingtothelawsofThePeople'sRepublicofChina("PRC")withitslegaladdresslocatedatA6HuixindongStreet,chaoyangDistrict,Beijing,China,PRC("PartyA");and(2)[NameofDirector],a[Chinesecitizen]of[],PostalCode[]("PartyB").AsPartyBwaselectedasadirectorofPartyAatthefirstExtra
3、ordinaryGeneralMeetingofyear2003convenedon22ndApril2003,bothpartieshaveenteredintothefollowingagreementhroughfriendlynegotiationsontheprincipleofequalityandmutualbenefitsinordertoconfirmandregulatetherelationshipbetweenPartyAastheemployerandPartyBastheemployeeinrespectoftheserviceu
4、nderemployment.Article1Engagement1.1PartyAshallemployPartyBasdirectorofPartyA'sboardofdirectorsandseniorofficerinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.1.2PartyBagreestobeemployedasdirectorofPartyA'sboardofdirectorsandasseniorofficerinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.Article2Term
