3、,containstheGeneralTermsandConditionsgoverningworktobeperformedunderthiscontract,thenatureoftheworkingrelationshipbetweentheAGENCYandtheCONTRACTOR,andspecificobligationsofbothparties.B.TheCONTRACTORwillprovideservicesandstaff,andotherwisedoallthingsnecessaryfororincidentaltotheperformance
4、ofwork,assetforthbelow:Option1:Identifyalltasks,workelementsandobjectivesofthecontract,andtimetablesbywhichmajorpartsoftheworkaretobecompleted.ThescopeofworkmaybeincludedwithinthetextofthecontractorattachedasaseparateexhibitasshowninOption2below.Option2:AsincludedintheDEPARTMENT'SRequestf
5、orProposalsNo.,attachedasExhibitB,andtheCONTRACTOR'Sproposaldated,attachedasExhibitC.CONTRACTNO._____Page7TheCONTRACTORshallproducethefollowingwrittenreportsorotherwrittendocuments(deliverables)bythedatesindicatedbelow:[Inserttablewithdeliverableduedateshere]Allwrittenreportsrequiredunder
