1、摘要目的检测子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者腹腔液及血清中白介素18(IL一18)水平的变化，探讨其在内异症发病中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)，检测39例内异症患者(内异症组)和21例非内异症患者(对照组)腹腔液及血清中IL一18的水平，并比较其在月经周期中的变化；其中内异症组再分为轻度组与重度组，并将IL—18水平与内异症R-AFS评分进行相关性分析。结果①内异症组腹腔液中IL一18水平为(227．89±28．31)pg／ml，明显高于对照组(110．89±20．68)pg／M(p
