2、nition，planmodel，planalgorithmandmaliciousagent．Thebackgroundofthisresearchworkistwodigitalcityexperiments：DigitalCityKyotoandDigitalCityShanghai．DigitalCityKyotoprojectwasstartedinOct1998byPro￡TomtshidainKyotoUniversityandNTTOpenLab。DigitalCityShanghaiprojectwasi

3、nitiatedinJune2000byProfShengHuanyeinShanghaiJiaotongUniversity．ThisresearchissupportedbytheShortTermPromotionScholarship(AIEJ)．Thisthesispresentsthecontributionsasfollows：jneresultsofstudyingusers’behaviorsintheinteractiveplanningprocessFirstly．anexperimentismade

4、tostudytheuser’sbehaviorsintheinteractiveplanningprocess．300interactiondialoguesbetweensimulatedagentandhumanfactorsinIntemetchatroomandarecollectedanalyzed．Theresultsare：(1)Thesimilarityrateofthesedialoguesis86％；(2)Theuseroftendigressesfromthemaininteractionproce
