3、choiceofoperationapproach．Theoperativeresultsandcomplicationswerediscussedwithmicronenrosurgicaltechniques．ResultsThirtytwopatientshadobtainedgoodresultsofallcases，thesellarregionmeningiomastOtalresectionSimpsonlI(78．1％)，SimpsonlII(22．5％)．Thepreoperativevisualacuityandvisualfieldpatholo

4、gyicalchange．extentoftUl：IlOUrremovalhavesomeinfluence∞thepostoperativevisualrecovery．Eightpatientswerediabetes．Thefollow-upsurveryfor2．5years．Therehavenomaningiomasrecurrence．Nopatientdiedafterthesorgery．ConclusionTheinterhemisphericapproachisthesatisfactory∞einmostcases．ItCanachievesu

5、fficientstructureexposureinlateraltumor，pathologicalofsellaemeningiomasandsuprasellar．Inordertoreducethepostoperativecomplications，anteriorcerebralartery，opticehiasmaandpituitarystalkmustbeprotectedduringtheinterhemisphericapproachoperation．Itisconcludedthatsatisfactoryoutcomecouldbeexp
