1、湖北中医学院硕士学位论文电针对急性脑出血大鼠的血管调节作用研究姓名:王峰申请学位级别:硕士专业:针灸推拿学指导教师:吴绪平2003.6.1中文摘要目的:磊态徐瓣急浚齄窭盎大羲盘浆态皮寒(ET)、海钙素蕊嚣穗美获(CGgV)含量变化,观鬃电针水沟、内关、足三里对急性实骏性脑出血的治疗效应,从血管调节角度探讨电针治疗照出血的规理,为进一步丰富水沟、内关、足三里这一经验方的理论内涵提使实验依据。方法:祷130只SD大鼠随概分荛露常经(n=10),模垄缀(n=40),生理靛永组(n=40),电针组(n=40)
2、。后3组按时相均分为4个小组。时相为造模后6h、24h、48h及72h。正常鲤不敛饪传处理;模型组遵=过立体定建手拳,诱导太襞齄出血模型:夜大鼠前囟向后移o.2mm,向右旁开2.9mm,深6ram处,缓慢注入胶原酶加肝素的混合澎液1.0ul;生理盐水组手术方法同模激组,但柱捆同的部位注入等量懿童理簸窳;毫锌薤在浚模宠戒后电蟹穴羲“永诲”、农镧“蠹关”、左侧“后三里(足三里)”,连续波,频率2Hz,强度以鼻部及下肢抽动为度,约lmA,留钳30rain,每日1次。在备时相点观察各缀太鼠神经行为体征交他后,
