1、电针对高脂血症大鼠血脂、超敏C反应蛋白、脂联素的调节作用严志康,杨智杰,陈锋(武汉大学人民医院针灸科,武汉430060)摘要:目的:观察针刺和电针对高脂血症大鼠血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(HS-CRP)、脂联素(Adiponectin,ADPN)的调节作用及作用机理。方法:健康成年Wistar大鼠32只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、手针组、电针组每组8只。采用高脂饲料饮食造模,正常对照组给予基础饲料,余组均给予高脂饲料,平均每只大鼠30g/日。连续喂养40天,造模成功后,手针组针刺大鼠“后三里”和“中脘”穴。电针组针刺并用电针刺激。4周后抽血观察不同处理因素对血清
2、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、采用免疫散射比浊法检测HS-CRP、应用酶联免疫法进行检测ADPN。并观察手针,电针对以上指标的影响。结果:模型组TC、TG、LDL-C、HS-CRP显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C、ADPN显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。电针组、手针组TC、TG、LDL-C、HS-CRP显著低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C、ADPN显著高于模型组(P<0.01)。手针组TC、TG、LDL-C、HS-CRP高于电针组(P<0.05或P<0.01),
3、HDL-C、ADPN显著低于电针组(P<0.01)。手针组HDL-C和电针组无统计学差异。结论:电针和手针可以有效的调节高脂血症大鼠的血脂水平,并可以降低HS-CRP水平,升高脂联素(ADPN)的水平。电针疗效优于手针。关键词:电针;高脂血症;超敏C反应蛋白;脂联素TheeffectofElectro-Acupunctureonblood-lipid,high-sensitivityC-reactiveprotein(HS-CRP)andadiponectin(ADPN)inhyperlipidemiaratsYanzhikang,Yangzhijie
