2、分的保护，因此保障业主的权利问题成为亟待需要重视的问题。通过研究物业管理中业主权利的侵权纠纷类型以及原因，找到解决物业管理中业主侵权纠纷的有效对策，这对减少业主侵权纠纷的案件有重要意义，同时也有助于物业行业的发展。论文拟从三个方面对物业管理中业主权利的保障进行全面的分析。第一部分，对物业管理中业主权利的基本理论进行分析。首先界定物业管理的起源以及业主的定义。其次介绍了基于建筑物区分所有权的权利类型。第二部分，分析物业管理中业主权利的侵权纠纷类型及其原因。主要从开发商、物业服务企业、业主委员会、业主之间来分析侵
