3、paperfullyconsiderstheconflictbetweenthegrowingdemandsofeducationandthegrowingspeedofeducationfundingresources，andtheeffectofthepubliceducationalinvestmentwhichformedbypersonalhumancapitalintheprocessoflong-termeconomicgrowthinChina，then，westudytherelationshipbetweeneducationfundingresour

4、cesandgrowthbyusingthepaneldatafrom1996to2005inChina．TheconclusionshowsthatthephysicalcapitalandhumancapitalinvestmentarethemainfactorsinpresenteconomicgrowthinChina．Theeducationalinvestment，nomatterthegovernmenteducationfundingresourcesorthenon—governmenteducationfundingresources，evenhas

5、negativeeffecttothehumancapitalaccumulation．Soitisbettertomaintainthegrowthspeedofeducationfundingresourcesatareasonablescopewhichcanneitheraffectthephysicalcapitalinvestment，northenormaldevelopmentofeducation，andimprovetheefficiencyofeducationalinvestmentbyadjustingits’structureandtransm
