3、vention(PCI)byselectivemyocardiumcontrastechocardiography(MCE)andmyocardiumblushgrade(MBG)andcomparethetwodiffer-entmethodsinassessingthetissueperfusionafterPCI.MethodsMBGandintracoronyMCEwereperformedbeforeandaf-terPCIin24patientswithsuccessfulPCI(TIMIIIIflowachievedine
4、picardialartery).Bothleftventricleejectionfractions(LVEF)aswellaspeaksystolicvelocityoftheischemicsegmentsweremeasuredbeforeand5daysafterPCIwith2Decho-cardiographyandtissueDopplerimaging(TDI).ResultsMyocardiumperfusionimprovedsignificantlyafterPCIweredem-onstratedbyMCEan
5、dMBG.LVEFandsegmentalpeaksystolicvelocitywerealsosignificantlyimproved.MCE(r=0.77,P<0.001)bettercorrelatedwithimprovementinLVEF5daysafterPCIthanMBG(r=0.14,P>0.05).ROCresultre-vealedthatsegmentalperfusionevaluatedbyMCEafterPCIcouldpredictthesegmentalpeaksystolicvelocity(s
6、ensitivity:82%,specificity:80%,P<0.001).ConclusionBothMCEandMBGcanrevealtheperfusionstatusofmyocardium.Intra-coronaryMCEcanaccuratelyquantitymyocardiumperfusionandpredictshort-termregionalwallsystolicfunctionsimultane-ously.IntracoronaryMCEhasbetterclinicalapplicationval
