2、ddeviceatthemoleculeandatomlevelbyhenanotechnology.Recentlymoreandmoreinterestshavebeenfocusedonthenanotechnologybecauseitcaninnovateproductiontechnologyandproducenewmaterialsandnewproduction.Thefastdevelopmentofthenanotechnologywillleadtoathoroughlyinnovationcoveredallindustryfi

3、eldatthe21thcentury.Zirconiaisametaloxidematerialwhichhashi曲melting-point(2700*(2),hi曲boilingpoint,smallcoefficientofheatconductivity,greatcoefficientofthermalexpansion,resistanttohi曲temperature,goodwear-resistance,corrosionresistance.Zirconiahasbeenusedinelectronandnewmaterialin

4、dustry,eveninthedepartmentofmetallurgy,chemicalindustry,glass,medicineandsoon.Nanozirconiahassmallparticlesizeandmayexhibitsmanydifferentpropertiesofquantumsizeeffect,surfaceeffect,andsmalldimensioncomparedtomassivematerials.Sozirconiananomaterialshavesuperphysicalandchemicalprop
