3、mpercarbonate.Inthisthesis,thereactioncrystallizationprocessofsodiumpercarbonatewassystematicallyinvestigated。ThesolubilityofsodiumpercarbonateinwaterWaSmeaSuredusingthelasermethod.SomeinfluencefactorsOnsolubility,suchastemperatureandthequantityofthesalting-ou
4、tagentwereexperimentallystudied.Accordingtotheexperiments,wehavedrawnaconclusionthatbyaddingthesalting-outagentintothereactionsolutionismoreefficaciousforprecipitationofsodiumpercarbonatethanbylowingdownthecrystallizationtemperature.Sointhisworkthemethodofaddi
5、ngsalting-outagentintothesolutionundertheroomtemperatureWasusedtoimprovetheproductionyield.Theoptimaloperationconditionsforthereactivecrystallizationprocessofgranularsodiumpercarbonatewereobtainedafterstudyingtheinfluencesoftemperature,feedcomposition,dropping
6、speed,stirspeed,quantityofsalting-outagentandrecireulatingofmothersolutiononthebulkdensity,contentofeffectualoxygen,stability,andyieldofproduct.Thekineticsmodelsofthereactivecrystallizationprocessofsodiumpercarbonatewerebuiltonthebasisofthepopulationbalanceand
7、thequalitybalanceequations.ThereasonofagglomerationofsodiumpercarbonateWasexploredinordertoimprovethebulkdensityandmakethesurfaceofgranulessmoother.Finallythecrystallizationkineticswithagglomerationagentexistinginthesystemwasinvestigated,andtheagglomerationgro
