4、ectedfrompostnatalporcinetoothbudatbellstage.Porcinedentalpapillaecellswereisolatedbytheenzyme-digestionmethodcombinedwithmechanicaldissociation,andthenculturedandproliferatedinvitrointhemediumofDMEM/F12containing10%fetalbovineserum.MTTcolorimetricmethodandALPimmunocytochemistrywere
