2、事业的健康发展，对其采取有效措施进行干预和解决是势在必行的。本调查采取了整体抽样的方式，对尚志市内两所完全中学的教师进行问卷调查、了解尚志市教师职业倦怠现状，并结合教师工作满意度和教师工作压力两方面的调查探究教师职业倦怠成因。研究结果显示：尚志市中学教师存在职业倦怠问题，但整体来说职业倦怠程度不高，教师职业倦怠的成因因素主要包括学校／组织管理因素、学生因素、工作特征、社会因素、和职业发展因素。本调查结尚志市中学教师职业倦怠的实际情况，从教育管理的视角提出了相应的应对措施和建议。关键词：尚志市中学教师；职业倦怠黑龙江大学硕士学位论文AbstractWit
