3、dtheGISbasedEDRSshavebeenestablishedinsomecities．BattheseEDRSSbasedontraditionalGIStechnologyaredimculttorealizespatialdatasharingandcorporationwork．Andonlycansomeprofessionalusersknowhowtousethesystems．Sotheusablevalueofthesystemsishugelyreduced．W曲GIStechnologyprovidesanewmeansfort

4、hedevelopmentofEDRSandbecomesthenewmotivityandresearchhotspotforadvancingtheprogressofEDRs．AimingatthedisadvantageexistingintheoldEDRS，wecarrythroughtheresearchofbuildingearthquakedisasterreductioninformationmanagementandintelligentdecisionsupportsystembasedonWebGISandartificialinte

5、lligenttechnology．Themainresearchcontentandachievementinclude：(1)ResearchtherealizationtechnologyofW曲GIS，andanalyzetheinternalandexternaldifferentWebGISproducts．Basedonthis．thethree—layerB／SarchitectureoftheearthquakedisasterreductionW曲GISisdesigned．(2)Researchthemodelingofspatialda
