2、多机床企业急需要解决的问题。本文第一章首先从研究的背景、研究的意义、研究的内容以及技术路线入手进行了简单介绍。之后第二章对于论文所需要的一些理论基础进行了相关介绍。第三章开始首先采用了PEST分析模型对沈阳机床外部环境进行了分析，其中包括Political政治、Economic经济、Social社会、Technological技术方面，并借助EFE矩阵分析沈阳机床所面临的种种机会与威胁。然后，第四章开始介绍了沈阳机床的基本情况，分析了公司资源及能力，将沈阳机床内部环境所拥有的优势与劣势进行了详尽的分析比较后，借助波士顿矩阵及IFE矩阵对其内部环境进行了深入细致的分析。
3、之后第五章通过将内外部环境相结合，SWOT分析得出备选战略方案，通过QSPM矩阵模型对每个备选战略方案进行分析评价并最终确定了沈阳机床的营销策略。之后，第六章分析了实行营销策略的措施，其中包括产品策略、价格策略与渠道策略。最后，第七章列出了营销策略实施的保障，包括提高营销服务能力、提高生产制造能力、提高研发能力以及提高管理能力等。关键词：沈阳机床；营销策略；SWOT分析；QSPM矩阵-I-StudyOnTheMarketingStrategyOfShenyangMachineToolCo.,LtdAbstractWiththeglobalizationandinteg
