7、断治疗中的应用方法:1选取2014年1月~2014年12月我院共进行肝癌灌注化疗栓塞627例次,包括原发性肝癌442例次,转移性肝癌185例次,其中应用锥形束CT扫描97例次,其中观察病灶9例次,观察供血动脉17例次,观察栓塞效果41例次。2病例分组2.1对9例次常规DSA造影时显示病灶不明显或者发现额外病灶(螺旋CT未发现的病灶)的患者,行锥形束CT增强扫描,比较二者发现病灶数量。2.2对17例次常规DSA造影时发现血管走形迂曲或重叠的患者,行锥形束CT增强扫描,观察肿瘤供血动脉走形,指导插管。2.3在41例次乏
8、血供病人栓塞后,普通DSA显示栓塞效果不佳,行锥形束CT平扫观察病灶是否栓塞完全。3锥形束CT扫描方法由术者根据病情需要决定是否对患者行锥形束CT检查。告知患者锥形束CT检查全过程,并对患者进行呼吸训练,嘱咐患者身体尽量保持不动并屏气。中心线置于肝脏中心,范围包括全部肝脏,扫描模式采用DynaCT8SDR模式。观察病灶锥形束CT扫描:使用DynaCT8SDR
