8、omicneuropathy,DCAN)指因糖尿病引起支配心脏血管自主神经系统(交感神经与副交感神经)病变,引起心率异常、血管舒缩功能紊乱等。可表现为心率增快并固定、血管调节受损,如体位性低血压,出现无痛性心肌梗塞,甚至出现心脏骤停而猝死。目前用于评估糖尿病心血管自主神经功能的检查方法主要有心血管反射试验(Ewing法)以及心率变异性(Hear
