6、·······································································45中文摘要苹果多酚50%乙醇提取物对抗溃疡性结肠炎的作用及其机制研究摘要目的:炎症性肠病(inflammatoryboweldiseases,IBD),临床表现以血性腹泻,腹部绞痛,疼痛,是一种免疫介导的影响肠粘膜的易复发的慢性疾病。IBD患者,相比与普通人群,也更高易患结直肠癌。克罗恩病(Crohn'sdisease,CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerativecolitis,UC)是炎症性肠病最常见的两种形式。溃疡性结肠炎的病
7、变范围广,病情易反复,并且其确切发病机制目前尚不清楚,因此目前对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗难度较大。现代医学主要以5-氨基水杨酸、类固醇激素、免疫抑制剂三大类药物进行治疗。但是,5-氨基水杨酸类是非特异性抗炎药物,对于溃疡性结肠炎只能起到暂时控制及缓解症状的效果,无法从根本上治疗疾病且服用该药物后会出现头痛、肾毒性等毒副作用,停药后病情易反复。苹果能降低某些癌症、心血管疾病、哮喘、糖尿病发病的风险。苹果的提取物苹果多酚中含有好几种黄酮类化合物和某些植物化学物质,包括槲皮素苷,儿茶素,表儿茶素,原花青素,矢车菊素半乳糖苷,香豆酸,绿原酸,没食子酸和
