8、··································································40中 文 摘 要生长分化因子-15血清水平及基因多态位点+2438C/G:rs1058587与急性心肌梗死的相关性摘要目的:通过测定急性心肌梗死(AMI)与非冠心病(NCHD)患者的GDF-15血清水平及基因多态位点+2438C/G:rs1058587基因多态性,探讨GDF-15血清水平是否与急性心肌梗死有关,并探讨GDF-15基因多态位点rs1058587与急性心肌梗死的相关性,为急性

9、心肌梗死的预防和预后评价提供研究依据。方法:选取急性心肌梗死组和非冠心病组作为研究对象,收集临床资料,测定血糖、尿酸、肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高敏C反应蛋白、GDF-15血清水平,并对GDF-15基因多态位点+2438C/G:rs1058587做基因多态性分析。数据采用SPSS22.0统计
