2、方法在物流企业中的应用进行了全面的阐述，以期能够为我国物流企业开展质量管理工作提供参考，规范质量管理活动，提高质量管理效果。文章从探讨我国物流企业质量管理的现状入手，明确质量及质量管理的概念，重点分析了物流企业质量管理的特殊性，结合行业特点，列举了现代质量管理的思想及方法在物流企业质量管理活动中的应用；文章的核心内容从两个角度对物流企业开展质量管理工作进行了研究，一是从企业开展质量管理工作的纵向进度着手，包括质量的策划、控制和改进，特别对质量管理体系的建立、实施、评价和审核进行了详细的说明，另一方面从物流企业业

3、务内容的横向着手，分别建立了一系列具体的指标体系；最后，文章对现代质量管理理论在企业中应用应注意的其它一些方面进行了说明，特别是对它们对于我国物流企业建立现代企业制度的意义，提高质量管理水平的重要性以及应用要点进行了简单的阐述。整篇文章是对物流企业质量管理领域的一次全面总结与研究，希望能够为我国物流企业开展质量管理工作起到一定的借鉴作用，也希望能够为众多对物流企业质量管理理论及应用研究感兴趣的同学起到抛砖引玉的作用。关键字：物流企业质量管理管理体系应用AbstractLogisticsqualityisthec
