2、如何激励员工的工作动机，调动员工的积极性和创造性，是企业人力资源部门研究的重要课题。笔者选取了一家优秀的由国企改制而来的中小型高新技术企业HZ公司作为研究对象，首先，对HZ公司员工采用问卷调查、部分访谈的形式，完成背景情况及员工激励机制现状调查，共收集120份有效调查问卷；再次，通过书刊、互联网等查询途径，学习中小型高科技企业激励机制现状。在此基础上，以经典和现代激励理论为指导，分析HZ公司激励机制存在的问题并且提出激励机制设计方案。最后是本研究的结论和展望。希望此次研究能为HZ公司的经营者提供一些新的工作思考，同时也为
