2、业逐步面向市场走企业化的道路，给中国工程咨询业发展带来良好机遇。我国同一些发达国家的工程咨询企业进行比较，之间的差距还非常大。到目前为止，我国工程咨询业还未形成一个比较完善的市场经营机制，还缺乏系统的管理理论和方法的指导，从而对我国工程咨询企业的发展造成了严重的制约。这些问题引起了众多的工程咨询企业和工程方面的研究学者的高度关注和浓厚兴趣。笔者作为工程咨询工作者，对工程咨询企业管理的课题进行了研究。首先笔者从总结实际工作经验入手，通过文献法对国内外的研究现状进行了分析，同时对论文研究的相关理论进行探讨和研究；对我国工程咨询企业的管理现状和存在的问题进

3、行了研究分析，主要是通过对工程咨询企业相关专家的访谈了解了相关实际问题。在以上研究的基础上对工程咨询企业的管理模式中存在的问题提出了相应的对策；最后运用个案分析法对研究进行实践运用。期望通过本文的研究，对工程咨询企业和相关研究的学者以借鉴。基于此，笔者对工程咨询企业管理模式进行了研究。关键词：工程咨询企业；管理模式；分析I万方数据ResearchonthemanagementmodeofengineeringconsultantsABSTRACTSincereformandopening-up,ourcountryformedanewengineer
