2、分析和分支分析,建立系统发育树,计算各类群间的遗传距离。结果当归属药用植物中ITS12518S2ITS2序列长度为600~629bp,去除序列长度为165bp的518S,ITS1+ITS2排序后的长度为468个位点。系统树将当归属药用植物分为两组,以独活、白芷为代表分别聚类,甘肃产岷当归Angelicasinensis不与上述任何一组聚类,却与欧当归Levisticumofficinale遗传距离相对较小。结论上述结果与当归属药用植物功效差异基本吻合,启示药用植物亲缘演化关系可能是研究药用植物功效规律的一条重要途径。关键词:当归属;基因转录
