1、上海海洋人学硕+学位论文共轭亚油酸对樱桃谷鸭生长性能和食用品质的影响研究摘要CLA(Conjugatedlinoleicacid,CLA)是亚油酸的一组构象和位置异构体。它作为一种新型功能性脂肪酸,具有抗癌、降低血脂和胆固醇、抗氧化及强化免疫等多项生物学功能。其中调节机体脂肪代谢,降低脂质沉积的功效尤为显著。目前国内外研究人员利用它的这些生物活性对畜禽生长及肌肉品质的影响进行了一系列研究。研究已证明CLA具有提高动物生长性能、降低肌内脂肪含量、增加胴体瘦肉率、减少肌肉滴水损失、改善色泽及延长货架期等作用。不过就CLA在肉鸭饲养上的应用研究少有报道
