3、rststepafteradmission,namelymathighlimbparalleltractionwithbone,thenpullingstatusactivefunctionalexercisedescending,andusemannitol,betasevenYeZaoglucosidesodiumpromoteswelling,waitforlocalblistershealedorswellingbasicrecededfollowedthesecondstep,namelythesurgery,andtheBgroupof20cases,8hoursafter
4、injuryemergencygotosurgery.Patientswerefollowedupfor10~24months,mean16months.Tocomparethetwogroupsofpatients,operationtime,peri-operativebleeding,fracturerestoration,postoperativecomplications,thesofttissuefracturehealingtimeandpostoperativefunctionrecoveryankleandstatisticalanalysis.Results:int
