1、有上升到理论层面,相关文献非常少见。因此,本文立足中国特殊的传媒产业,研究一家传媒集团的并购整合可行性与模式,应该有很大的创新空间。本文旨在对置身于既重政策性,又重经济性,同时又突然间冒出千姿百态的媒体形式的传媒产业中的某家民营传媒企业寻找一条切实可行的产业整合路子,提出一套相应的整合模式。因此,本文的研究不仅可以解决该集团目前面临的发展瓶颈问题,还能为其他传媒经营机构,特别是相似的民营传媒机构的产业突围决策提供一些参考。关键词:中国传媒产业,民营集团公司,资源整合ⅡTitle:AStudyonIntegrationofMediaResourcesofGZGrou
