1、门奇静脉断流改良术在门静脉高压症上消化道出血治疗中应用【摘要】目的：研究在门静脉高压症上消化道出血疾病治疗中采用贲门周围血管离断加胃底环行缝扎手术的治疗效果。方法：选取在笔者所在医院肝胆外科2009-2011年收治的患有肝硬化疾病患者中60例门静脉高压症合并上消化道出血的患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组实行传统的门奇静脉断流术，观察组实行改良门奇静脉断流术。对两组患者住院时间、手术后并发症以及手术前后肝功能指标的改变对比分析。结果：观察组住院时间明显少于对照组;观察组术后再出血率少于对照组；两组术后并发
