4、HyposmoticmembranestretchincreasedICChto22610±2110%.Whenthecellswerepretreatedwith5μmol/Larachidonicacid(AA),linoleicacid(LA)oroleicacid(OA),ICChwasinhibitedto318±016%,3512±018%and6616±016%respectively.HyposmoticmembranestretchincreasedICChto10610±215%,

8、发现低渗牵张可以使ICCh明显增加到对照的22610±2110%。当用含5μmol花生四烯酸(arachidacid,AA)、亚麻酸(linoleicacid,LA)或亚油酸(oleicacid,OA)细胞外液灌流时,ICCh分别被抑制在对照的318±016%、3512±018%和6616±016%。在这种情况下,低渗牵张刺激可以使ICCh分别增加到10610±215%、17312±618%和22211±1110%。5μmol/LAA抑制低渗牵张增加的毒
