1、通冠复脉汤治疗冠心病(CHD)室性早搏的临疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响研究万文越湖北省武汉市青山区红钢城街社区卫生服务屮心全科湖北武汉430080【摘要】冃的：研究分析通冠复脉汤治疗冠心病(CHD)室性早搏的临疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法：选取2011年4月60-2012年5月6□经我院诊断并治疗的冠心病室性早搏患者56例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将56例患者随机分为屮医方剂组和常规治疗组，两组各28例。屮医方剂组给与口服通冠复脉汤；常规治疗组给与口服美托洛尔缓释片。治疗一个月后分别记录两组患者血管内皮功能情况以及治疗效果，
2、并比较。结果：常规治疗组总有效率为82.14%,屮医方剂组总有效率为96.43%,屮医治疗组总有效率明显优于常规治疗组，且屮医方剂组血清指标改善情况明显优于常规治疗组。p值均<0.05,均具有统计学意义。结论：通冠复脉汤治疗冠心病室性早搏疗效确切，值得深入研究及推广。【关键字】通冠复脉汤；冠心病；室性早搏；血管内皮功能【中图分类号】R287【文献标识码】B【文章编号]1674-8999(2015)8-0194-02ClinicalefficacyofTongguanFumaiDecoctiononthetreatmentof
