生脉舒心汤治疗冠心病室性早搏的临床研究

1、提要目的：通过临床观察验证生脉舒心汤治疗心悸（冠心病室性早搏）气阴两虚夹血瘀证的疗效并探讨其机理。方法：临床研究中将60例中医证属气阴两虚夹血瘀的冠心病室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组30例，予生脉舒心汤治疗；对照组30例，予中成药稳心颗粒治疗，4周为1疗程。结果：研究表明，生脉舒心汤可明显改善患者中医症状，治疗组显效率40%，总有效率93.33%，对照组显效率30%，总有效率70%，两组间有统计学意义，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。室性早搏疗效治疗组总有效率83.33%，对照组总有效率73.33%，两组间有统计学意义，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：生脉舒心汤可显著改善心悸（冠
