1、中文摘要EGFR、Her~3在肺腺癌细胞株中的表达与培美曲塞耐药关系的研究捅要【目的】初步研究EGFR和HER一3基因在肺腺癌细胞株和培美曲塞诱导的耐药细胞株中的表达变化。揭示EGFR和HER-3基因表达情况与非小细胞肺癌培美曲塞耐药可能的关系,为临床个体化治疗提供一定依据。【方法】用大剂量培美曲塞诱导A549细胞成为耐药细胞株A549/PEM,CCK一8法检测两种细胞的增殖抑制率,流式细胞术检测其周期分布情况,实时荧光定量PCR分别检测EGFR与HER-3mRNA在两种细胞中的表达量。【结果】(1)CCK-8法测得培美曲塞对A549细胞的半数抑制
