1、联合用药治疗老年人高血压合并痛风的疗效观察孙少平黄钟声阮威杰(广东省东莞市塘厦医院内科523721)【摘要】目的观察联合使用氨氯地平与小漿碱治疗老年人高血压合并痛风患者的疗效。方法根据纳入标准选择老年人高血压合并痛风患者64例，随机分为两组，对照组32例给予单纯氨氮地平治疗，急性痛风患者同时给予秋水仙碱，慢性痛风患者给予别瞟吟醇治疗。治疗组32例在此基础上加用盐酸小漿碱治疗。比较两组治疗后血尿酸(BUA)、血压及血脂等指标的变化。结果与治疗前比较，两组治疗后BUA、舒张压和收缩压均有显著改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组BUA水平改善优于对照组(P<0.0
