1、硕士学位论文AbstractBeam-typemicrostructuresarethemainMEMSstructures.Theyareusedwidelyinmicrosensors,microactuatorsandothermicro-componentsfortheirsimpleformsandexcellentcontrollability.Thepiezoelectricmicrobeamsconsistofbeam-typemicrostructuresandpiezoelectriclayersandtheirpiezoelectriclayerscaneffect
2、ivelyimprovethesensitivityofmicrosensorsandefficiencyofthemicroactuators.Inthisdissertation,consideringviscoelasticityofmaterialinbeam—typemicrostructures,piezoelectriceffectofmaterialinpiezoelectriclayersandthegeometrynonlinearityofwholemicrostructure,thenonlinearstaticanddynamicbehaviorofpiezoe
3、lectricviscoelasticmicrobeamunderthermal-electriccouplefieldisinvestigated.Themainresearchworksareasfollows:Firstly,basedonviscoelastictheory,Euler-Bernoullibeamassumptionsandpiezoelectrictheory,thestaticanddynamicdifferentialgoverningequationsareestablishedwiththestandardsolidmodel.Thestaticpull
4、-inbehaviorofmicrobeamisresearchedwithGarlerkinmethodandRunge—Kuttamethod.Thecriticalconditionofpull--ininstabilityisinvestigatedandtheinfluenceofmaterialparametersandsystemparametersoncriticalconditionisanalyzed.Furthermore,consideringgeometrynonlinearityandcoupleeffectofthermal—electricfield,th
5、eamplitude-frequencyresponsecharacteristicsofpiezoelectricviscoelasticmicrobeaminfreevibrationandforcedvibrationareinvestigatedwiththeharmonicbalancemethod.Theeffectofrelaxationmodulusonresponsecharacteristicsisfirstlydiscussed.Theresultshowsthatthechangeofrelaxationmodulusleadstofluctuationofamp
