2、contentandesterifieationagentare(1)Thendeterminedbyorthogonalexperiments,theoptimalreactionconditionsforcornstarchphosphateisthemicrowavepower400W,reactiontime5min,thereactiontoaddwatercontentof20%,esterifieationdosageof7%.Byusingthedifferentphosphoryldegreeofsubstitutionofstarchtotesttheirtr
3、ansmittance,andfreeze-thawstability,gelatinizationtemperature,andrheologicalproperties,ithasbeenfoundthatthetransmittanceincreaseto48.3%,compared丽mtheoriginalcornstarch,itincreaseofabout30%;freeze-thawstabilityincreased谢廿lthedegreeofsubstitutionrise;pastingtemperaturedecreased、Ⅳi缸ltheriseofth
4、edegreeofsubstitution,amaximumtemperaturedecreasedby5℃,thelowestpastingtemperatureis64.2℃;Andsignificantlyimprovethestabilityofthestarchpasteviscosity,starchgelstrengthhasincreased.(2)TheIRspectraindicatethattheP-0-C,akindofphosphorusesterskey,isexistinthesample,andthemicrowavesemidrycanmakea
5、neffectiveresponsebetweenthestarchandesterificationagent.XRDexperimentresultsshowthatthecrystallinityofcornstarchis59.15%,afterultrasonictreatrnent,thecrystallinityis50.61%,indicatingthattheultrasonictreatmentCanreducecomstarchcrystallinity.(3)Intheprocessofful'theraceticacidesterificationwet
6、reactiontothepreparationofDi—esterifiedstarch,theacetyldegreeofsubstitution(DS2)isusedasanindicatortotesttheeffectontheprocesswhentemperature,time,effectofpHandtheamountofesterificationagentarechanged.Thendeterminedbyorthogonalexperiments,theoptimumreactionconditionsforaceticacidesterificatio
