1、摘要愀242㈣716眦4吣Y目的:研究松弛素(relaxin,REX)在过敏性紫癜(henoch.schonleinpurpura,HSP)患儿血及肾组织中的表达及其与临床、病理改变的相关关系,探讨RLX在HSP发病中的作用,并探讨RLX与TNF.Q、ET-1之间的关系。方法:根据临床有无尿改变将39例HSP患儿分为无肾损害组(n=20)和有肾损害组(n=19)两组,所有患儿均留取急性期与恢复期血标本,19例有。肾损害组患儿均进行肾活检,根据病理损害程度分为轻度病变组(n=5,I.1I级)、中度病变组(n=9,III级)和重度病变组(n=5,Ⅳ级)。血清RLX、ET-1浓度采用
