1、和HE染色,同时可以在光学显微镜下进行病理细胞学观测。然后从四组大鼠的病理切片上选取4个显微视野界面进行检测,拍照并且测定病理图片的灰度数值,以取其的平均数值来作为该切片的最终病理结果,最后将所有的切片结果统一取个平均数值,通常采用均数士标准差(xs)进行数字表示。最后进行统计学的处理,P<0.05才具有统计学的意义。结果:四组实验动物在术后都表现出全身的毛发混乱、肢体活动变得较少、精神状态萎靡不振以及饮水、食欲不强。四组大鼠记忆能力强弱次序与学习能力强弱一样。假手术组中的最强,丁苯酞组次之,模型组最差。
2、四组大鼠之间学习、记忆能力分别用统计学处理,均有统计学意义,P<0.05。丁苯酞和奥拉西坦可减少大鼠的麻醉苏醒时间,在VaD大鼠模型发病的急性期,具有一定的促醒效果。结论:丁苯酞是通过降低SS和P38MAPK的表达以及阻断海马细胞凋亡来改善VaD大鼠在水迷宫试验中的学习和记忆能力;同时也能减轻VaD大鼠神经元水肿和变性,对慢性脑缺血损伤有一定的脑保护作用。关键词:血管性痴呆,丁苯酞,SS,P38MAPK,海马EffeetsofNBPontheintelligentdisorderandtheexpressi
