4、,procurement,andtrade,theimpactofmilitaryspendingonaneconomy,employmenteffects,possibilitiesandproblemswithmilitary-civilianconversion,andthelike.Butthemethodsofpureeconomicsapplytoanytime-periodinhistory,notjusttotherecentpast.Moreover,sincewarandpeaceor,lesssharply,conflictand
