1、中文摘要5、各组白介素-1β含量数值比较与Sham组比较,余各组大脑皮质白介素-1β含量均明显增高(P<0.01),NBP低剂量组白介素-1β含量较IR组减少(P<0.05),NBP中、高剂量组白介素-1β含量较IR组减少(P<0.01),有显著意义。NBP高剂量组与中、低剂量组两两比较白介素-1β含量均有显著性差异((P<0.01)。结论:1、NBP预处理组的大鼠大脑皮质梗死区,较Sham组及IR组均明显缩小。提示丁苯酞预处理可减小脑缺血后脑梗死体积。2、NBP预处理组较IR组神经功能缺损评分明显减少,光镜及电镜下可显示大脑皮质神经元破坏程度较小,保
2、留部分线粒体,神经元损害较轻。提示丁苯酞预处理对神经元有预防性保护作用。3、电镜下提示,在Sham组未见白细胞浸润,但IR组及NBP预处理组均明显增多,但NBP各组的炎性细胞浸润较IR组明显减少;白介素-1β在NBP预处理组较IR组含量明显较少,提示丁苯酞可能通过抑制白介素-1β的过度表达,减小炎性反应来参与神经元的预防性保护作用。4、NBP各剂量组比较:高剂量组较中、低剂量组梗死体积较小,神经元结构损伤较轻,炎性细胞浸润较少等提示高剂量组较低剂量组预防更有效。关键词:缺血再灌注;丁苯酞;白介素-1β;预处理;超微病理技术3英文摘要Theeffecto
