1、浙江大学硕士学位论文中文摘要项韧带骨化的x线表现及与颈椎退变关系的探讨浙江大学医学院硕士研究生指导教师外科学(骨外科)洪浩范顺武教授中文摘要目的：观察项韧带骨化的X线影像学表现，并探讨其与颈椎退变的关系。方法：该项目为病例回顾性研究。随机选取2010年8月至2011年2月因颈椎病就诊于邵逸夫医院病人的颈椎中立位侧位片200例，100例可观察到项韧带骨化，100例未观察到项韧带骨化，分为2组。项韧带骨化组的观察项目包括：项韧带骨化节段，骨化病灶形态、长度、宽度，相应节段的颈椎退行性变情况，颈椎生理曲度，C4，5、C5，6和C6／7椎

2、间盘退变程度。无项韧带骨化组观察颈椎生理曲度，C4，5、C5／6和C们椎间盘退变程度。颈椎生理曲度改变和下颈椎间盘退变程度采用配对r检验统计学检查，韧带骨化程度与对应节段椎间盘退变程度之间相关性采用线性相关统计学检查。结果：项韧带骨化多发生在C4／5和C5，6节段，相对应节段可观察到颈椎退行性变表现。韧带骨化组的c4，5和c5，6椎间盘退变程度较无项韧带骨化组明显。项韧带骨化与颈椎生理曲度减小的无相关性。骨化程度与相应节段椎间盘退变程度不存在线性相关。结论：项韧带骨化与颈椎间盘退变相关，可作为早期颈椎病诊断的重要指标。Il关键词：
