2、Background：Acutecoronarysyndrome(ACS)isincludingaseriesofclinicemergencycasesfrominstabilityanginapcctofistocardiacdeath，andits’clinicalmanifestationoccurrencesuddenlyandseriously．Recently,aftermassiveinvestigations，peoplehaveknownthatthekeypointofthedevelopmentofACSwasnotthenarrowdegreeofthecor

3、onaryartery,buttheerosionordisruptionofthevulnerableplaquesandthesubsequentthrombogenesis．Abroadstudiesindicatethatmostofthecriminalplaquesinthepatientswhodiedofacutemyocardialinfarction(AMI)werevulnerableplaques，andsubsequentresearcheshavefoundthatinflammationplayanimportantroleinit．Thereareman
