4、Abstract】Matrixmetallopmteinases(MMPs)playamajorroleinthemetabolicprocessofextra-cellularmatrix.InappropriateactivationofMMPsmediatesignificantstepsinthepathogenesisofacutepancreatitis.MMPsaredetectedinahighpercentageinacutepancreatitis.incontrasttotheabsenceinmostnormalcondition.

7、atitis;extracellularmatrix急性胰腺炎是指由多种病因引起胰酶激活,以胰腺局部炎症反应为主要特征,伴有或不伴有其他器官功能障碍的疾病.临床上大多数为自限性,而其中的重症急性胰腺炎病情凶险,一直是外科临床研究的难点,总体病死率高达15%～25%.基质金属蛋白酶(matrixmetalloproteinases,MMPs)是在细胞外基质(extracelluarmatrix,ECM)代谢中起主要作用的一组蛋白酶类,近年发现在急性胰腺炎发病机制中起重要作用.本文就近年来MMPs与急性胰腺炎关系的研究进展作一综述.作者单位:200062上海,
