2、actionagent,thepHvalueofsamplesolution,temperature,time,stirringrateandsalteffect,theoptimumconditionsaredetermined.Andthenextractandanalysisundertheoptimumconditions.Theresultsshowthat:fumaricacidhasgoodlinearrelationwithin0.01-1.0mg/L,thecorrelationcoefficientisg
3、reaterthan0.999,therelativestandarddeviationis4.3%(n=11),thedetectionlimitsofmaleicacidis1.28μg/Landtheenrichmentfactorcanachieve46.2times.ThroughthefurtherresearchofenrichmentfactorforLPME,therelationshipbetweenenrichmentratioandtheinitialconcentrationoffumaricaci
4、disfound.Whenthemethodaboveisappliedtothedeterminationresearchoffumaricacidinvarioussamples,therecoveryandprecisioncansatisfytherequirementsforanalysismethod,whichrealizethesensitiveandaccuratedetectionoffumaricacidinactualsamples.3.Anovelmethodforthedeterminationo
5、fmaleicacidandfumaricacidatthesametimeinstarchisestablishedbyusingHF-LPME.Consideringthemicroextractionconditionsoftwoanalytes,theoptimumconditionsaredeterminedfinally.Andthenextractandanalysisundertheoptimumconditions.Theresultsshowthat:thismethodcananalysistwokin
6、dsofcomponentsthathavesimilarnatureatthesametime.Whenthemethodaboveisappliedtothedeterminationresearchofmaleicacidandfumaricacidinvariousstarchsamples,therecoveryandprecisioncansatisfytherequirementsforanalysismethod.Bytheeffectofconcentration,extractionandpurifica
