2、—10ngTermRailwayNe撕0rkPlanning(version2008)．Withthelarge-scaleconstructionandoperationofPDL，itisurgenttodeterminethemanagementsystemofpermanentwayequipmentdynamicinspectionandmaintenance．Onthebasisofinvestigatingtheoperationexperienceofpermanentwayeq

3、uipmentdynamicinspectionandmaintenanceofMvancedhigh-speedrailwaycountries，suchasJapan，France,German,andChinaexistinglinesandPDL，systemtheoryandbusinessprocessreengineeringareusedtoanalyzetheunsuitedaspectsoftraditionalmanagementsystemforChinaPDL．Acco

4、rdingtothefeaturesofChinaPDLtechnologyequipmentandtransportdemand，inspectionmanagementsystemforPDLpermanentwayequipmentisstudied，andcorrespondingrecommendationsarepresented．(1)Presentinginnovationsystemof‘'management—inspection—maimenance，’．Inthenews
