2、helpthecompanypermanentdevelopment.Ontheotherhand,withthedevelopmentofknowledgeeconomy,thehumanresourcesarebecomingmoreandmoreimportant.Sotherationalallocationofhumanresourcesstructureismoreandmoreimportant.Onlytherationalallocationofhumanresourcescanhelpthehumanresourcestothemaximumpotential.

3、Thispaperanalyzesdifferentphasesofthelifecyclehumanresourcestructurebasedonanidea.Firstthispaperanalyzesdifferentlifecycleofenterprisecharacteristics,Andthenthispaperanalyzedifferentstagesofthehumanresourcestructurecharacteristics.Choosingsuitableindexesbasedontherespectivecharacteristicsofthe

4、structure,andevaluatingthishumanresourcestructure.Accordingtotheevaluationresults,thispaperoptimizesunreasonablestructure.Whetherhumanresourcesevaluationindexorthestructureofhumanresourcestructureoptimizationmodel,andweresearchcontentsaccordingtothecharacteristicsofeachstage.Finallythispaperan
