3、ismresourcesisalsopoisedtotakeoff,withthechangeofthepoliticalsituationoftheAntarctic,andthedevelopmentofdomesticeconomicandtechnology,ChinawilltakeadvantageoftheAntarcticanon-livingresourcesinawiderrange,however,thelackofourdomesticAntarcticlegislationhasseriouslyaffectedChin
4、eseinterests,theestablishingofthelegalregulationsinAntarctichasimportantstrategicsignificancetochangethepassivepositionofourcountryintheAntarcticaaffairs.BasedonthepracticalrequirementsthatChinaneedstoestablishthelegalregulations，inordertoconductin-depthstudyonhowtobuildthele
5、galregulations,thearticleintegrateuseavarietyofresearchmethods,suchasEmpiricalanalysis,systemtheoryandvalueanalysismethod,strivingtopayequalattentiontothelogicalandtheexperienceempirical,topayequalattentiontothepracticalsignificanceandtheoreticalinnovationsignificance,providi
