2、口，观察比较术后角膜散光及视力情况。仕毋二日木统计学分析显示，两组患者术后裸H艮视力与术前比较差异显著；A组中术前角膜散光与术后3天、1月、3月时无明显变化，B组中术前角膜散光度<1．OD的患者术后3d、1月、3月角膜敞光与术自订E匕较差异无统计学意义，但B组中术前角膜散光度≥1．0D的患者术后3d、1月、3月角膜散光与术前比较差异有统计学意义。结论对术前角膜散光<1．0D者，白内障超声孚L化术中行3mm透明角膜切口，对其不产生影响；但对于术前角膜散光度数芝1．OD的患者，术中在角膜屈光率最大子午线方向行3mm透明角膜切口可减少部分角膜散光，且有望能使患者获得更好的裸眼视力。I摘要
