1、郑州大学硕士学位论文白内障两种手术切口对角膜散光影响的比较姓名:薛晓乐申请学位级别:硕士专业:眼科学指导教师:雷方201204摘要白内障两种手术切口g,-j-角月莫散光影响的比较研究生:薛晓乐导师:雷方郑州大学第二临床学院眼科河南郑少H450014目的比较白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术两种手术切口方式对角膜散光的影响。方法将62例(76只眼)老年性白内障患者随机分为A、B两组,行白内障透明角膜切口超声乳化吸除及人工晶状体植入术,其中A组患者术中均在颞上方(右眼)、鼻上方(左眼)行3mm透明角膜切口,B组患者根据术前角膜曲率计检查选择角膜屈光力最大子午线方向行3mm透明角膜切
2、口,观察比较术后角膜散光及视力情况。仕毋二日木统计学分析显示,两组患者术后裸H艮视力与术前比较差异显著;A组中术前角膜散光与术后3天、1月、3月时无明显变化,B组中术前角膜散光度<1.OD的患者术后3d、1月、3月角膜敞光与术自订E匕较差异无统计学意义,但B组中术前角膜散光度≥1.0D的患者术后3d、1月、3月角膜散光与术前比较差异有统计学意义。结论对术前角膜散光<1.0D者,白内障超声孚L化术中行3mm透明角膜切口,对其不产生影响;但对于术前角膜散光度数芝1.OD的患者,术中在角膜屈光率最大子午线方向行3mm透明角膜切口可减少部分角膜散光,且有望能使患者获得更好的裸眼视力。I摘要
