1、江苏大学硕士学位论文全反式维甲酸对肺动脉高压的治疗作用及机制研究姓名:杨勇申请学位级别:硕士专业:儿科学指导教师:吕进泉20120606江苏大学硕士学位论文摘要目的探讨全反式维甲酸(a11.transrctinoticacid,ATRA)对野百合碱(monocrotaline,MCT)诱导肺动脉高压大鼠模型肺血管重构的治疗作用及作用机制。方法30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(Control组)、野百合碱诱发肺动脉高压模型组(MCT组)、全反式维甲酸干预组(ATI屯a,组),每组lO只。实验第1日,MCT组和ATRA组分别给予野百合碱60mg/kg腹腔注射,Control组给予腹
