1、提要目的：本课题采用隔药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经，并以针刺三阴交组为对照组，观察其对患者子宫动脉血流的影响，试图阐释隔药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经的作用机制，以及与针刺三阴交在调控胞宫效应差异性的机理。方法：将58例原发性痛经患者随机分成两组，其中隔药灸脐组30例，针刺三阴交组28例。观察治疗前与介入治疗后四个月经周期的腹痛严重程度变化以及子宫动脉血流的影响，并比较两组之间的差异。结果：隔药灸脐组和针刺三阴交组均能明显减轻患者腹痛严重程度，与治疗前相比，差异均具有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。隔药灸脐组和针刺三阴交组对于子宫动脉血流均有不同程
